Down in the depths of the Saint Lawrence river there lies a terrible maritime tragedy. It was in 1952 that the Bernier et Frères (B.F) sank, taking with it all 10 crew members. Le naufrage du Bernier et Frères is a heady cocktail of mystery, discovery, and emotion. The adventure leads us to the wreck, abandoned at the bottom of the sea for many years. This unique documentary includes contributions from maritime experts, hydrographers, historians and divers. Images from the sea bed allow the families of the lost crew to draw a line under a dramatic event which has been haunting them for over half a century.
