First launched as Productions Vic Pelletier and later becoming Groupe PVP, as it has been known for over a decade, the Matane-based company famous for its documentaries, animated series and digital projects is ushering in a new era with a new name that better represents its identity in 2021. Media of all kinds make up the company’s DNA, and so in the summer of 2021, Groupe PVP is set to become PVP MEDIA.
In order to better position itself in the market as a premier media producer, the company has redeveloped its brand image, keeping the PVP acronym and yellow star that has been an integral part of the logo for decades to maintain a strong identifiable link to the company’s past and reputation. The exterior of PVP MEDIA’s head office in Matane, Quebec has been revamped to showcase the new name and visual identity as well as that of its subsidiary Cube Noir.
PVP MEDIA works primarily in the production of documentary, animated and fiction films, and the digital media, games and information technology sectors. With hundreds of projects to its name, the company has a firm foothold and outstanding reputation both in Canada and internationally.
